Bread pakora or Bread Bhaji is an Indian fried snack. A common street food, it is made from bread slices, gram flour, and spices among other ingredients. Bread Pakora is prepared by dipping triangular bread slices in a spicy gram flour batter and frying them. I won't call it a savory eggless version of french toast. as I have had french toast made with eggs before, both savory and sweet ones. This besan toast does not taste like the french toast made with eggs.
