- Firstly take a bowl add add soya mini chunks and add 4 cup hot water.rest it 10 minutes..
- Then heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, black pepper, cinnamon stick, green cardamom, black cardamom mix it well..
- Add onion,ginger garlic paste mix and fry until lightly brown..

- Cook it 5 min then add small chopped coriander leaves..
