- Prepare 1 cup of red lentil.
- You need 1 tsp of cumin pdr.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of coriander pdr.

- mince the ginger and garlic.
- heat oil on medium, add onions, fry till golden brown.
- add powdered spices, cinnamon, clove, cardamon, and fry 1 min.
- add tomatoes garlic ginger.
- add cilantro and kale fry 1-2 min.
- combine the lentils with mixture and let cook on low heat till flavours come through and desired tenderness is reached..
