  5. It's 240 ml of fresh pineapple juice.

  7. It's 1 tbsp of worcestershire sauce or soy sauce, see links below.
  8. You need 230 grams of (1 & 1/3 cups) brown sugar.
  9. Prepare 3 tbsp of finely chopped onion.
  10. Prepare 3 tbsp of lemon juice.
  11. Prepare 1 tbsp of pineapple tidbits.
  12. Prepare 4 tbsp of whisky such as Jack Daniels (or to taste).
  13. It's 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper.
