This Vegan Cheese and Fruit Platter is the perfect platter board to please your guests and your stomach! Vegan platter step by step

- (For chickpeas) Take a bowl add boiled chickpeas, potato cubes,tomato,onion,cucumber,lemon juice, salt, blackpepper, green chilli chopped mix well ready.
- (For yogurt salad) Take a small bowl add curd, potato cubes,tomato, onion, cucumber, salt, blackpepper mix well ready..
- (For brown Rice) Take a nonstickpan or pressure cooker add 1/2 tbsp olive oil, cumin seeds fry for a second add onion saute for a minute add salt, coriander powder, redchili powder add chopped coriander leaves add washed brown rice add 2 cup of water mix well cook for 3 whistle Ready..
- Then platting with cucumber serve..
