  1. You need 200 g of Seasonal veggies.
  2. Prepare 1 tbsp of Oil.
  3. It's 3 cloves of Garlic.

  5. It's 1 tbsp of Soy sauce.
  6. You need 1 tbsp of Mirin.
  7. Prepare 50 ml of Veg stock.
  8. You need 50 ml of Miso.

Transfer to a separate plate, leaving as much oil on the wok as you can. Heat up another tablespoon of oil and stir fry your veggies in the following order (leaving a minute or two between each addition): beans, courgettes, cabbage and red pepper. Turn off the heat and serve. Mix in broccoli, snow peas, carrots, and green beans, tossing to lightly coat.

  4. Combine the two and stir.
