Ingredients of Lazy vegan stir fry
- You need 200 g of Seasonal veggies.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Oil.
- It's 3 cloves of Garlic.
- You need 2 of Noodle nests.
- It's 1 tbsp of Soy sauce.
- You need 1 tbsp of Mirin.
- Prepare 50 ml of Veg stock.
- You need 50 ml of Miso.
- It's 1 tbsp of Rice vinegar.
- Prepare 1 of Lime.
- It's 1 tbsp of Sesame seeds.
Transfer to a separate plate, leaving as much oil on the wok as you can. Heat up another tablespoon of oil and stir fry your veggies in the following order (leaving a minute or two between each addition): beans, courgettes, cabbage and red pepper. Turn off the heat and serve. Mix in broccoli, snow peas, carrots, and green beans, tossing to lightly coat.
Lazy vegan stir fry instructions
- Stir fry chopped veg, chilli and garlic in oil.
- Add miso paste, mirin, soy, veg stock, lime and vinegar.
- Put noodles on to boil.
- Combine the two and stir.
- Serve topped with sesame seeds and enjoy!.
