  2. Prepare 1 tsp of olive oil.
  3. It's 1 medium of onion (150g) ,thinly sliced.
  4. Prepare 1/2 tsp of red chilli flakes.
  5. You need 2 tbsp of brown sugar (or sweetner of choice).
  6. You need 3 tsp of raspberry vinegar.
  7. Prepare 1/2 cup of pine nuts or flaked almonds (40g) toasted.
  8. You need 2 tsp of chopped fresh coriander.
  9. Prepare 1 pinch of of chilli or paprika.

  1. Heat oil in pan and sauté the onion slices with the chilli flakes ..
  2. Add the sugar , vinegar and coriander reduce down to a syrup.
  3. Trim the beans and cut into small pieces , heat in microwave , boil or steam.
  4. Toast the pine nuts or almond flakes.
  5. Add the beans with the pine nuts to the onion syrup , mix well . Cool slightly and serve with blinis , in a pancake or omelette.
