I also mixed in some almond milk. These cinnamon almond multigrain pancakes are my just-slightly guilty pleasure, because they're made with whole wheat flour, rolled oats, light almond milk, and yummy brown sugar, in addition to the typical pancake ingredients.   1. Add the well mixed wet ingredients to the dry, mix the batter untill Everything is just moistened. The batter should still be Lumpy..

  3. Spray with some vegitable oil. Use a 1/4 cup measure to pour out each Pancake..
  4. Cook Until the sides starts to dry and bubbles appears on the top. Flip over and cook for a Minute..
  5. Stack and Serve Piping hot with or without some Vegan Butter and Syrup..
