- Prepare some dry noodles, cabbage, garlic and capsicum..
- Put the noodles into the boiling water for few minutes..
- After the noodles are cooked put them into a bowl with cool water, this helps to stop the noodles sticking together and retain a better texture..
- Put oil into the pan(a bit more oil is better). Then put all the vegetables in the pan. Stir fry them for few minutes until its cooked. Put the garlic a bit later than the vegetables so it doesn’t burn. Once you smell the flavor of cooked garlic and vegetables put some soy sauce (bit more soy sauce is better), a little sugar and oyster sauce. Then return the noodles to stir fry few minutes, mix the noodle and vegetables well together..
