Recipe: Appetizing Oh So Good! GARBANZO Soup

Delicious, fresh and tasty.

Oh So Good! GARBANZO Soup. This soup was so so good, I added tomatoes and it reminded me of the roasted tomato hummus I buy at the store. Not able to go anywhere but wanting a hot bowl of soup, I decided to see what I could cook up without having to make my own stock or use cream. Add soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, broth and water.

Oh So Good! GARBANZO Soup This Chickpea (Garbanzo Bean) Soup with Spinach, Tomatoes, and Basil is one of the soups I made during the holidays for my annual soup party, only when it came time to stir in the basil I found I didn't have any of that wonderful frozen basil that usually lasts me through the winter. What I did have in my freezer was plenty of basil pesto, so I just stirred some of that into the soup instead. Like chicken noodle soup for grown ups. You can cook Oh So Good! Imagine melt in your mouth cooked chickpeas, infused with a garlicky tomato broth and dressed up with plenty of lime juice, fresh herbs, and some chilli peppers. The best way to get though tough days or harsh winters is bowl of chickpea soup like this one! In a soup pot, heat the olive oil until shimmering. Add the chorizo, tomato paste, pimentón.
