  1. Sare vegetables ko achhe se wash karke garam pani mein 90% tak pak jaye tub tak boil kare,,salt daal ke.
  2. Ab sare sukhe masale ko 1 tea spoon oil daal ke roast karle kadhai mein,,nariyel ke bure ko last mein Alag thoda halka bhun le..and thanda hone ke baad mixy mein pis le sub ek sath.
  3. Adrak mirch ka paste ready karle...tomato ki puree bana le...ab vegetables boil ho gaye to bandh karde and channi mein nikal le and paani Alag ek bowl mein rakh le.
